About Youth Counselling at PACE

We provide free and confidential counselling for young people aged 18 and under who are exploring or questioning their sexuality and/or identity (LGBTQ).

It offers a safe space to talk privately about how you feel and help you to clarify and understand any concerns you may have.  If there are any changes you may want to make in your life it could help you to think this through by supporting you in making your own choices without telling you what you should do.

At PACE, all our counsellors are supervised on a regular basis and abide by the 'Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy'(BACP). The Young People's Counsellor is a qualified psychotherapist registered with (UKCP) United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy.
